Stuck in my house due to inclement weather, I wrote this to pass the time. My Island Time Steel Band colleague Gregg and I were texting back and forth to troubleshoot weather logistics – a seemingly frequent conversation for predominantly outdoor musicians. The conversation also unleashed the title for this piece, an interesting contrast to the book title.
