One night, I received a call asking me to drive several hours the next morning to perform with a band I had never met. After a seemingly short and sleepless night, I was on stage with The White-Eyed Lizard Band for the first time. That leap of faith has created several years of true friendship akin to family, amazing experiences, creativity, breaking bread, passing of wisdom, and spiritual growth that continually influence me.
